4. Price, Payment & VAT

  • All prices are inclusive of UAE VAT (currently 5 %) where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

  • You may also have rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law and other laws which cannot be excluded or restricted by contract.

Because e-commerce in the UAE is regulated by laws such as the Consumer Protection Law, E-Commerce/Modern Technology-based Trade Law and data protection laws, you must ensure your Terms do not include unfair contractual terms (these may be declared null/void). 

In particular, clauses that attempt to exempt the retailer from liability, waive consumer rights, or allow unilateral amendment of terms may be invalid under UAE law.
